Shipping Information:

At Pro-Guide Batteries, we are committed to delivering our high-quality batteries promptly. Here is what you can expect:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days), expedited shipping (2-3 business days), and overnight shipping (1 business day). Shipping costs vary based on battery chemistries, weight, the chosen method and will be calculated at checkout.

  • International Shipping: We ship internationally. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

 

Return Policy:

We stand behind the quality of our batteries and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here is our returns process:

Time Frame: Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt to applicable product.

Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process: 

    1. Contact our support team at support@proguidebatteries.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number.

    2. You will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email (If a shippable Return Item).

    3. Pack the item securely and attach the shipping label. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location or your local dealer if applicable.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please follow the same steps as above. We will ship your replacement item once we receive the original product.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@proguidebatteries.com with your order number and the following photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.

  • Photo of packing material
  • Photo of damaged battery outside the box
  • Photo of shipping label with tracking number
  • Photo of top and 2 sides of the box
  • Photo of bottom and opposite 2 sides of the box
