6. Pricing and Payment
Product prices are listed in USD. Payment must be made at the time you place the Order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Pro-Guide Batteries ships domestic and international orders. Once your Order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for carrier delays, customs, duties, or taxes. International shipments may be subject to additional fees borne by the Customer.
8. Return Policy
Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of receipt for most Products. To be eligible:
- Products must be returned in original condition and packaging;
- You must contact us at support@proguidebatteries.com with your Order number to initiate a return;
- You’ll receive return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned Product, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges: If your Product is defective or damaged, we will replace it once the original item is received. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately with photos.
9. Warranty
